Terms & Conditions — KClub88

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the"Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "Member", or "You"), and KClub88 (hereinafter referred to as "KClub88", "the Platform", "We", or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the website located at kclub88.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the KClub88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, including but not limited to KClub88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing or using the KClub88 platform and, if applicable, close your account. KClub88 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the KClub88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits (where stated).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive awarded to a Player subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by KClub88 in accordance with regulatory anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the KClub88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all related services accessible at kclub88.cam.
• "Services" means the totality of gaming, betting, entertainment, and ancillary services offered by KClub88 to registered Members.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before any resulting winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" and "RM" refer to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which the Platform operates.

Access to and use of the KClub88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. KClub88 strictly prohibits the registration of accounts by individuals under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where underage access is suspected.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from accepting these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts and subjected to suspension or permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have previously self-excluded from the KClub88 Platform or from any other gambling operator under a self-exclusion scheme that covers KClub88.

To access the full suite of Services offered by KClub88, you are required to register a Member Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

KClub88 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing any withdrawal. The following documents are typically required:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport;
• Proof of residential address — utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, or Indah Water) or bank statement dated within the preceding three (3) calendar months; and
• A selfie photograph of the Member holding their identity document, with face clearly visible.

KClub88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in the witholding of withdrawal requests and, in cases of extended non-compliance, suspension of the Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to be authorised by you and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

KClub88 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The following payment methods are supported, subject to availability:

• E-wallets: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant bank transfers: DuitNow, FPX
• Online banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency: BTC and USDT (subject to prevailing conversion rates at the time of transaction)

5.1 Deposits All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit threshold as displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to a Member's Account within minutes. KClub88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment instrument used to deposit must be registered in the Member's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (i) completion of KYC verification; (ii) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds; (iii) compliance with individual withdrawal method limits; and (iv) the Account being in good standing. Estimated processing times are: e-walets (5–30 minutes), bank transfers (1–3 business hours), and cryptocurrency (15–60 minutes subject to network congestion).

5.3 Currency. All transactions are conducted in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at prevailing exchange rates at the time of credit. KClub88 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

KClub88 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the promotion and incorporate the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game categories are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered Members only. KClub88 reserves the right to restrict the availability of any promotion to Members in specific regions, of specific account standing, or meeting specific criteria.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, a Member may participate in each specific promotion only once, and only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at a given time.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active in the Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM25 or the amount specified in the promotion terms, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: KClub88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withold winnings, and close Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional lopholes, or coordinated bonus farming is identified.
• Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry date as published in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus being removed from the Account.

All bets and wagers placed on the KClub88 Platform are subject to the rules of the specific game or sporting event applicable at the time of placement. The following general betting rules apply across all verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. KClub88 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet, except where a manifest technical error on the Platform's part has occurred.
• KClub88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published in error, where a clear technical malfunction occurred, or where information material to the event's outcome was not publicly available at the time of settlement.
• In the event of a system failure, technical error, or interruption during a game session, KClub88's records of confirmed transactions shall be the authoritative source for resolution purposes.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the official results issued by the relevant sport's governing body. For Liga Super Malaysia and other Malaysian football competitions, the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) result is determinative. For EPL fixtures, the official Premier League result stands.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. KClub88 bears no liability for delays in odds updates during live events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KClub88 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Opening multiple Accounts or facilitating another person in doing so;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds engine;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation;
• Coluding with other players in live casino or poker environments;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers (bonus abuse); and
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KClub88 staff or other Members.

All content on the KClub88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software, and branding — is the exclusive property of KClub88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Members to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use any Platform materials for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of KClub88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KClub88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

KClub88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to the Platform or specific Services. KClub88 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, KClub88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement limits KClub88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

KClub88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable Members to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling features are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions to promote mindful play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion of30 days,90 days, six months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and once activated, the Account will be closed for the duration selected.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications are available to remind Members of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

12.1 Termination by KClub88. KClub88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (i) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (ii) KClub88 has reason to believe fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity has occurred; (iii) the Member has failed to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe; or (iv) KClub88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

12.2 Termination by the Member. Members may close their Account at any time by contacting KClub88 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of an Account, the Member's licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

KClub88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, KClub88 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to Members via the Platform interface or registered email address. The effective date of any updated Terms will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the KClub88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the KClub88 Platform, KClub88 encourages Members to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

KClub88 is committed to resolving Member disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with KClub88's support team, the Member may escalate the matter through the appropriate formal channels.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law in your local jurisdiction.
